Electrical Engineer, Senior/Intermediate – Solar & BESS We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer (Senior/Intermediate) for our office based in Mississauga, ON (this position can be performed anywhere in Canada).
Essential Job Functions
Lead electrical engineering efforts for utility‑scale solar and lithium‑ion BESS projects from concept (system sizing, layout) through construction.
Interface with utilities and ISO/RTOs to support interconnection submittals, permitting, and compliance for new renewable and BESS projects.
Prepare, review, and coordinate electrical engineering deliverables, including single‑line diagrams, protection and control schematics, electrical layouts, equipment specifications, substation designs (34.5 kV to 230 kV+), and MV/HV collector system designs.
