Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to be part of a new plant start‑up based in Port Colborne, Ontario. The incumbent will maintain and repair equipment to ensure plant and production reliability that aligns with the site’s operational goals, while maintaining environmental and safety standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with the Maintenance Leader to plan and implement maintenance strategies and policies.
• Collect and analyze maintenance data and implement improvement activities.
• Issue maintenance results reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Responsible for risk assessment, occupational safety and health standards to ensure site safety.
• During plant construction, assist with construction and capital projects from concept to project closure, support start‑up and internal checkout of electrical installations on project work.
