About the Role
- Design, develop, and review control panels, including layouts, wiring diagrams, and component selection in line with project requirements and standards.
- Perform basic load calculations, component sizing, and ensure system safety, functionality, and reliability.
- Develop and integrate PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for automation projects, ensuring smooth communication between equipment and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems and support upgrades or modifications when required.
- Provide engineering support to production during fabrication, assembly, and installation; resolve technical issues on-site or on the shop floor.
- Conduct testing activities including FAT and SAT, and support commissioning to ensure systems meet design specifications.
