Requirements：

1. Be capable of electric secondary system installation and commissioning
2. Familiar with Philippine grid company ’s standard such as NGCP/Meralco/Davao light……
3. Familiar with process of installation and commissioning about substation especially secondary system……
4. Be capable of configuration and commissioning about HMI、SCADA system in substation
5. Be capable of configuration and commissioning about IED(Relay/BCU/RTU/Gatway) in substation
6. Be capable of use secondary commissioning machine such as Omicron、PONOVO
7. Familiar with BESS installation and system testing，master the theory of BMS/PCS/EMS
8. Familiar with Solar Plant installation and system testing，master the theory of SCB/Inverter/PPC
9. Experience in installing and testing about primary equipment such as Power valve、switchgear、transformer、CB/DS/ES, e...
