Experience: More than 5 years of relevant working experience
Education: Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Male, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related major
- Experience in electromechanical companies is preferred
- Fluent in spoken Chinese and English is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct local compliance audits of electrical professional drawings and construction technology
- Prepare electrical professional construction plans, technical disclosures, and oversee on-site quality management
- Proficient in CAD for drawing changes, modifications, and completing as-built drawings
- Review subcontractor monthly project completion quantities
- Account for drawings and materials, and submit procurement plans
- Inspect materials and submit relevant data
- Manage subcontracting teams and coordinate construction activities
