About the Role
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute solar PV installations ranging from 5kW to 100 kW+
- Conduct site surveys, system validation, and installation planning
- Prepare or review basic system layouts, single-linediagrams, and as-built drawings
- Supervise installers, electricians, and subcontractors on-site
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and Onsolar quality controls
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and clients during project execution
- Lead commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support
- Prepare progress reports and ensure proper documentation and handover
- Act as lead technical resource with potential supervisory responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred, not required)
