Provide technical support and resolve issues for LV/HV components, including site escalations 

Conduct technical assessments, RCA, and component validation 

Manage obsolescence, duplicity, and alternative sourcing to ensure reliability 

Support retrofits, upgrades, and design modifications 

Maintain accurate schematics and technical documentation with version control 

Update specifications, manuals, and compliance records
