About the Role Design Works Engineering is seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Engineer to join our expanding Kelowna office. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys delivering practical, high-performing building and subdivision electrical designs—from detailed power distribution to municipal-level systems that support community growth.
We are looking for individuals with 5+ years of experience in electrical consulting engineering, particularly in building electrical systems, fire alarm/life safety, and municipal/subdivision power and communication design. Candidates must understand construction realities, communicate clearly, and take pride in delivering efficient, well-coordinated, cost-effective electrical systems.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with architects, civil and mechanical departments, planners, developers, and major regional clients.
