Electrical engineer

We are supporting a defence start-up looking for a hands‑on Senior Electrical Engineer who can take full ownership of electrical systems from early concept and prototyping through to production and field validation.

You'll be:

• Designing and validating power electronics, across low‑ to high‑voltage systems
• Developing and integrating battery systems and protection strategies
• Designing embedded control hardware and electrical architectures
• Building and testing ruggedised electrical assemblies, cabinets, and harnesses
• Leading hands‑on prototyping, lab testing, and field validation
• Producing clear, structured technical documentation
• Working closely with mechanical, embedded, and systems engineers

You'll have:

• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals across power electronics and analog/digital design.
