Provide technical support for LV/HV components and resolve issues (switchgears, transformers, cables, control systems) including Wind Hub cases and site escalations 
Conduct assessments, RCA, and component validation 
Manage obsolescence and alternative sourcing to ensure reliability and avoiding downtime 
Support retrofit, upgrades, and design changes (ZCD/uprates) 
Maintain accurate schematics, cable plans, and documentation 
Update technical specs, manuals, and compliance records
