**Switchgear Assembler – Job Description**
**Position Summary**
The Switchgear Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, and building electrical switchgear and control panels according to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with electrical components in a manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble switchgear units, electrical panels, and related components following technical drawings and schematics
+ Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials
+ Mount, align, and secure components such as breakers, bus bars, contactors, and wiring systems
+ Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, labeling, and terminating of wires to specifications
