**10% shift diff for 2nd and 3rd**
The **Engineering Technician** will optimize test processes, support new product introductions, and maintain testing equipment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency.
**Job Responsibilities:**
· Support production in resolving process and equipment issues
· Perform daily preventive maintenance of SMT equipment
· Work with Field Service Support to resolve equipment issues and perform upgrades
· Fabricate and maintain manufacturing jigs, fixtures, and other tooling
· Compile and analyze statistical data for critical equipment process and machine health
