EHS Specialist

We're looking for an EHS Specialist to help maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership, operations, and HR to support Environmental, Health & Safety programs and promote a strong safety culture. What You'll Do Assist in administering EHS programs at the plant level Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations Deliver EHS and new-hire safety training Support OSHA/EPA compliance, documentation, and reporting Track safety metrics and recommend improvement actions Coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste activities Partner with HR on workers' compensation and return-to-work efforts Help identify and eliminate unsafe conditions or behaviors What We're Looking For Degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience supporting EHS programs in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and...
