Master's degree in Communications or related field or 18 graduate hours in Communication from an accredited insitution or equivalent accreditation. Experience teaching at the University level. Experience in public speaking as well as teaching the theory and craft of public speaking. Promote a common purpose consistent with stated University goals and demonstrate a commitment to students and the learning environment.
