As a member of the ACA-Home Leadership Team, you will oversee curriculum delivery and uphold high academic standards. Your passionate leadership will guide educators to achieve both personal and professional growth while building strong community relationships crucial for students' success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee curriculum implementation and assessment
• Promote academic excellence and personal expectations
• Lead staff meetings and professional development initiatives
• Ensure alignment with ACA's mission and Alberta standards
• Engage parents in student development activities
Requirements:
• Alberta Leadership Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum Bachelor of Education degree
• Preferred experience as a principal or vice principal
