About the Role
Job Description
- Lead and manage the packing team to ensure all operational processes run efficiently, systematically, and in accordance with company standards.
- Supervise regular stock opname activities to maintain accuracy between physical inventory and system data.
- Organize and control the shipment flow, including waybill printing, order distribution to the packing team, and ensuring smooth and optimal operations.
- Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched on time in accordance with the company’s established SLA.
- Perform packing quality checks to prevent incorrect items, missing products, or order discrepancies.
- Coordinate with related teams (e-commerce, customer service, and logistics) to ensure a smooth end-to-end fulfillment process.
- Evaluate team performance and provide direction along with continuous improvements to enhance productivity and operational accuracy.
