Ecommerce Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily store operation on Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop and Lazada, including product optimization, campaign planning, data monitoring and sales target achievement.
2. Serve as the liaison with platform official teams to apply for traffic resources, resolve seller backend issues and maintain good cooperative relations.
3. Utilize existing local KOL/MCN resources to negotiate live-streaming & short-video cooperation, track delivery data and optimize marketing ROI.
4. Analyze operational data and competitor trends to iterate promotion and product strategies, coordinate with internal teams to guarantee stable store operation.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years Indonesian e-commerce operation experience, proficient in seller backend of mainstream local platforms.
