- Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately to meet delivery expectations.
- Pack and prepare shipments following company standards to ensure products arrive safely and in perfect condition.
- Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate any delays or issues with customers via phone and electronic messaging.
- Adjust orders as needed to accommodate customer requests, product availability, or special instructions.
