Responsibilities

  • Manage customer emails and live chat inquiries.
  • Respond to order, delivery, return, and product-related questions.
  • Update and maintain product listings across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other sales channels.
  • Monitor pricing, inventory, images, and product information for accuracy.
  • Coordinate small website updates with our developer.
  • Identify and report issues such as broken links, incorrect listings, or product sync problems.
