About the Role

Key Account Manager

A Key Account Manager is the liaison officer between Intrepid, its clients, and the platforms the client is selling on. He/She oversees the Intrepid-client relationship, determines opportunities, and identifies process improvements to grow their online sales revenue and to ensure Intrepid delivers the service level agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver & perform on the following KPIs for brand/seller partners, through internal & external coordination with concerned departments:
    • Content management & optimization
    • Campaign strategies & execution
    • Chat response representation of the brand/seller
    • Operations capacity and process implementation
    • Progressive revenue trend and overall online sales performance
  • Foster client relationships; work with sales and marketing teams and other support teams available
