Manage overall Japan’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) business to deliver Key Financial targets: sell in, sell out, offtake, P&I , market share, inventory
Develop operation plans with data driven approach tailed for new consumer acquisition & loyal customer retention with 4P strategy, product, pricing, promotion with optimal ROI
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) responsibility including customer management/complain ensure customer 1st centric approach with Bayer compliance
Demand forecast, sales promotion and digital contents development, execution and review
Facilitation of all digital sales cross channels(i.e. digital distributors and digital shops) to ensure consistency and delivery
Build try & learn DTC expansion model beyond Japan Bachelor's degree or above.
