E-Commerce Coordinator

Babylonstoren is looking for a detail-oriented and organised E-commerce Coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview

Responsible for coordinating product setup, launches, and maintenance across Babylonstoren’s online platforms, ensuring accurate product data, pricing, and availability at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage product setup and publishing on the online shop
• Ensure accurate product data (pricing, content, categories, stock)
• Maintain and update products after launch
• Support marketing campaigns and ensure product readiness
• Monitor stock levels and align online availability
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, inventory, and marketing teams

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, or similar
• 2–4 years’ experience in e-commerce, retail, or product coordination
