Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (Toronto)

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and integration strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Purchasing, SCM, MML modules)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on Dynamics 365 capabilities, limitations, and integration with other systems such as Power Platform, Azure, third‑party tools.
• Design and document high‑level and detailed solution architecture including data models, workflows, customizations, and integrations.
• Guide and mentor development teams through technical challenges and best practices.
• Support pre‑sales activities, solution demonstrations, and RFP responses (if applicable).
• Ensure the implementation follows Microsoft’s best practices, compliance, and security standards.
