About the Role
Become a vital part of operational support in the Sales Incentives program. As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will handle employee compensation details while driving process improvements, ensuring organizational scaling and success.
This role requires oversight of employee data accuracy and compensation plan details while collaborating closely with partners. You will efficiently distribute compensation plans and manage questions from sales employees regarding their plans. Additionally, collaborating with teams to drive design changes and project efficiencies will be key to your success.
