As a live-in Residence Advisor, you play a crucial role in ensuring our student residence is welcoming and safe. This position requires individuals who are energetic and compassionate towards the diverse needs of students aged 16+. In addition to providing support and guidance, you will also have the chance to create fun experiences and memories that aid in their language studies and cultural integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first contact for student inquiries and emergencies
• Welcome students and manage orientation processes
• Ensure the building remains clean and safe through regular checks
• Organize activities that promote community spirit
