Responsibilities
- Oversee hotel operations during your shift and address any concerns
- Support the Front Office team in managing check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest requests
- Handle guest issues and ensure timely, thoughtful resolutions
- Coordinate with all departments to keep operations running smoothly
- Monitor lobby and guest areas to maintain safety, cleanliness, and service standards
- Assist with reports, documentation, and shift handovers
- Guide and mentor staff to uphold service quality
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hotel operations, ideally in a supervisory or equivalent role
- Confident communicator who can work well under pressure
- Organized, calm, and attentive to detail
- Able to lead a team and support staff across departments
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
