About the Role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant / bar operations in a tranquil environment
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Train and motivate staff to align with our values of hospitality, community, and sustainability
- Address international guest feedback and inquiries effectively
- Assist with other departments when needed
- Keeping things running smoothly from ambiance to service
Requirements
- Must hold at least an LCQ (License Controller Qualification), with a preference for a Manager's Certificate
- Must have current NZ working holiday or work visa – NO sponsorship or sponsorship transfer available
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of day to day F&B systems
- High standards and commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction
