Salary & Compensation
- Gross Salary: €1,300.00 / month
- Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary (based on target achievement)
- Training Completion Bonus: €100 gross (one-time payment with second salary cycle)
- Relocation Bonus: €300 gross after 6 months of employment
- Food Allowance: Up to €80/month, based on on-site attendance
