About the Role
Drive transaction success as a Due Diligence Manager with Doane Grant Thornton. Lead engagements for financial and corporate buyers, providing analytical expertise on financial deal components.
As the day-to-day lead on transaction engagements, you will work directly with a variety of clients. Your hands-on experience with Quality of Earnings, working capital normalization, and net debt analysis will be vital. This role also involves advising clients on SPAs/APAs while managing business development activities to enhance client relationships and cross-selling opportunities.
