- Starting Salary – £31,850 (realistic OTE: £38,000)
- After Probation (26 weeks) – £32,640 (realistic OTE: £39,000)
- After 2 Years – £34,680 (realistic OTE: £41,000)
About the Role
As a Driver’s Mate for TPA, you will work closely with the driver as part of a two‑man team, delivering, installing and collecting portable roadways in a variety of different settings across the UK.
As part of the role, we provide full training and a clear pathway to becoming a Class 1 Driver on our state‑of‑the‑art vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for a hard‑working and committed individual to start a well‑rewarded career with us.
With a clear and defined development plan, the opportunity for career and financial progression is wholly achievable. All you need is a full UK Driving Licence to apply for this role.
