About the Role
We are looking for a Driver Support & Escalation Coordinator to join our growing operations team.
This role is responsible for maintaining communication with drivers, identifying operational issues early, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling fast-paced communication while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day regarding current loads, routes, ETA updates, and operational status
- Identify and escalation maintenance, safety, dispatch, or operational concerns to the correct department
- Follow up on open issues until they are fully resolved
- Maintain accurate communication logs and tracking records in Google Sheets and company systems
- Monitor and report recurring operational issues or driver concerns
