Drill & Blast Mine Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Drill & Blast Supervisor. This position plays a critical leadership role in the safe and efficient execution of drilling and blasting operations in a mining environment. Reporting to the Superintendent, this position is responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring daily field activities to meet production targets while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role provides clear direction to crews, supports operational decision‑making, and proactively identifies and resolves issues that may impact performance.
