Job Description
Responsibilities:
To formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualisation
To generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings
To prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material board
To prepare for Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection
To communicate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project managers on all project matters
Requirements:
Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in related discipline
Preferably minimum 1 year working experience in Architecture / Interior Design for Commercial and Industrial Projects
Competent in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
Able to independently design and prepare full sets of drawings from design intent to construction detailings
Possess creative flair and good portfolio
