Overview
An established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Drafter to support production and project-based mechanical design work. This role is responsible for producing accurate shop drawings, bills of materials, and related documentation to ensure smooth order flow and on-time project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed shop drawings, cut sheets, and work orders for new projects Create and update drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD/DraftSight Prepare bills of materials and supporting documentation Review drawings prior to release to production Maintain organized electronic project files Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, estimating, and production teams Identify opportunities to improve drafting processes and workflow Qualifications
Mechanical Engineering diploma
