Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations
Oversee day-to-day dormitory operations Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping standards Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas 2.
Resident Management
Manage check-in and check-out of workers Maintain accurate residents' records (names, employers, room allocation) Enforce dormitory rules and house regulations Handle residents' complaints and feedback 3.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with regulations under the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act Monitor fire safety, emergency procedures, and incident reporting Work with authorities for inspections when required 4.
Maintenance Coordination
Report and follow up on repair and maintenance issues Liaise with contractors/vendors for facility upkeep 5.
Security & Discipline
Monitor access control and visitors Address misconduct, disputes, or disturbances among residents Ensure curfew or dormitory policies are followed 6.
