Job Purpose:
To ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents, supporting the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). The Document Control Officer plays a key role in maintaining compliance, leading internal audits, and training staff on document management systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the flow of documents to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with standards.
- Initiate and support the certification and implementation of ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
- Lead and conduct internal quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Train staff on document management systems and procedures.
