- Lead and manage a large document control team providing direction mentoring and professional development to ensure high performance and capability growth
- Develop implement and maintain comprehensive document control policies procedures and systems across the organization while establishing enterprise-wide standards and delivering training programs for consistent implementation
- Manage and optimize document control software and systems ensuring proper configuration maintenance user access controls and continuous system improvement
- Review edit and maintain accuracy of all documents including contracts technical manuals and workflows
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization including distribution filing and retrieval of project-related materials
