• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience and support growth opportunities (renewals, expansions, openings, renovations, and transitions).
• Take responsibility for the district’s financial performance through rigorous operational oversight, including budgeting, forecasting support, period-end reviews, and performance analysis to drive sustainable results.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements; conduct site visits and implement action plans to optimize productivity, cost control, food quality, and service.
