About the Role
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Medical Representatives within the assigned district
- Achieve and exceed district sales targets for oncology products
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare institutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments for campaigns and product launches
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports
Job Requirements
- College Graduate of Business Administration or Science Course
- Experience in Oncology Products
