About the Role
- Daily create and book sales order based on ATS & release pick slip for shipment / billing purpose.
- Facilitate in any request for pull in shipment from Inside Sales & Planning team.
- Daily review reservation / stage report & proactively advise and provide guideline to FG team to take an appropriate action in timely manner.
- Involve in PI Count audit and support supervisor for ad hoc cases.
- Plan logistic requirement with FG team during weekends, shutdowns, public holiday & whenever shipping support is needed.
- Provide support to superior / reporting manager for any new task given.
Education & Experience
- Education: Degree
- Experience: Preferably 2-3 year in similar capacity
Skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Excellent leadership
- Independent & able to work with minimum supervision
