Distribution Centre Manager

What does the job look like?

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end distribution centre operations, ensuring all receiving, storage, picking and dispatch activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations. You will drive operational performance, commercial outcomes and continuous improvement across the site while building strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Key areas:

Deliver efficient and cost-effective outcomes through effective workforce planning and resource utilisation

Drive continuous improvement through development and review of warehouse processes and procedures

Lead warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking and dispatch to meet safety, quality and customer expectations

Manage P&L performance and lead initiatives to maximise profitability and meet budget targets
