Key Responsibilities
- As the Distiller Assistant you will:
- Measure and weigh raw materials charge the still before production runs.
- Monitor production runs to ensure smooth operation and quality compliance.
- Record production data after each run.
- Assist with bottling, labelling, capping, and packing finished products.
- Prepare cartons, apply labels, and load/unload goods onto pallets.
