Job Description: Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a Construction Services Coordinator/Dispatcher in Phoenix, Arizona. Duties will include:

  • Scheduling appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for multiple construction projects
  • Providing clients with high-quality customer service
  • Communicating client needs to field staff
  • Inputting data into scheduling software
  • Preparing field files for staff
  • Performing miscellaneous administrative duties, including:Answering telephones and greeting clients at the front deskDocument organization and filingProviding administrative support to project managers
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Required Skills: 

  • 2+ years of dispatching experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
