Dispatcher

Description We are looking for a Dispatcher to support daily service operations in Canton, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with customers and field staff, and can keep scheduling activities organized throughout the day. The person in this role will help ensure service requests are handled efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer care. Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be important for success.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming service requests with professionalism and provide a positive customer experience during each interaction.
• Assign and route approximately 10 to 15 technicians based on service needs, timing, and availability.
