This role plays a critical role in supporting the bussing coordination, planning and maintaining service efficiency within the Operations department. This position is responsible for real-time route tracking, midday monitoring, and ensuring timely, clear communication with families, schools, and staff.

A key part of the role includes finding last-minute coverage for drivers and attendant absences. This position is also a frontline responder to on-road issues, incidents, and emergencies, upholding our commitment to safe, reliable, and timely student transportation.
