About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivery and collection of mail, documents, cheques and other items from banks, law firms, clients and other relevant parties.
  • Attending to completion matters, including collection and delivery of completion documents and cashier’s orders.
  • Carrying out general dispatch duties and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of Singapore roads, buildings and business districts.
  • Prior working experience in a law firm will be an advantage.
  • Must be able to commute by public transport.
  • Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
