Responsible for the planning and oversight of the subsystems validation team. The team will be responsible for linecard and subsystem product verification inside a customer’s shelf or other system-level configuration.

Team leadership will include organizational planning, hiring, budgeting, and oversight for / execution of platform-based testing methodologies including technical engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction and improving the growth & profitability of the Telecom Transport Subsystems business through adding value-added services in the product validation space.
