Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Experience Team to give a seamless bespoke experience to our aircraft customers; including customer surveys & customer experience at our facilities (i.e., Customer area management at both LBCC & Challenger)
• Lead all governance for the customer-facing team including ODI Management, Concessions, Operational Excellence -Masterplan/BSC, change management
• Lead executive, large scale, strategic projects across the organization that will ensure long-term success of our aircraft platforms and sales
