About the Role

Position: Director of Software Engineering (Toronto, ON) – hybrid (40% onsite). Reporting to the Global Head of Software Engineering, you are responsible for managing software engineering teams across North America, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with engineering standards. The role combines strategic and operational leadership, requiring technical expertise, team building, and project capacity management.
