  Summary 
 The Director of Sanitation reports to the VP, Sanitation and will strategically develop, maintain and improve the sanitation programs in all FGF facilities ensuring that all processing as including equipment and infrastructure and storage areas are in full compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulatory standards including CGMP's (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and meet or exceed customer expectations.
